Himanshu Jasvantray Trivedi is a legal expert affiliated with Trivedi Legal Limited, a firm providing affordable legal services in New Zealand. His practice areas include property, business, elder law, and family law, addressing a diverse range of client needs. Himanshu practiced law in India from 1987 to 2002, briefly serving as a judge in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, before relocating to New Zealand with his family. After meeting the NZLS requirements to practice law in New Zealand, he became a Barrister & Solicitor in the High Court in 2011 and has over a decade of experience in various law firms before launching his own practice. His passion lies in understanding clients’ needs and working collaboratively to achieve their desired outcomes. For Himanshu, effective communication, empathy, and adherence to ethical, moral, and legal standards are paramount. A guiding principle for Himanshu in his legal practice is the quote, “Do what is right, not what is easy,” by Roy T. Bennett. In his free time, he enjoys family moments, loves animals, appreciates nature, and finds joy in reading, good movies, and listening to music.
