Welcome to Trivedi Legal Limited
Trivedi Legal Limited, trading as Trivedi Legal is a small, boutique law firm based in Manurewa, Auckland. It is started by Himanshu Trivedi, a sole practitioner with more than 10 years' experience in New Zealand and previous experience of more than 17 years in India.
We’re here to support you from the moment you start planning—whether you're refinancing, selling or buying a home or a business, considering a commercial lease, setting up a family trust, or navigating any legal need or a niggle. Even if you're just unsure where to begin, ask us before you take the next step, so that your journey begins with clarity and confidence. Our work mainly involves Residential Conveyancing i.e. Refinancing, Sale & Purchase of property, Leases, Business / Commercial Law advice including sale and purchase of businesses, matters related to Family Trusts creation, selected Immigration law related matters, Elder Law, Relationship Property & Family Law related matters and in general, other matters. Narrate your matter and we can discuss.
As a commitment to the community, we also assist with elder law matters, including enduring powers of attorney and anything* you may consider seeking legal advice about.
We aim to offer financially reasonable solutions, with upfront discussions about the issues and, where possible, estimates of the likely costs involved—so you can make informed decisions from the start. We also provide free time to discuss things**, because we believe in building trust before anything else.
